Well i have to say December 2011 was a busy month for our Patterson Family. The biggest news is that we moved to driggs from Victor and we bought our first home. so after moving and Christmas i am now finally blogging again.

Our little daughter is sooo smart and getting smarter each day.
* she knows how to get off our bed and furniture all by herself
*she grabed her bib and walked to her high chair to tell us she was hungry
*all i say is lets brush your teeth and she will WALK to her bathroom
* she knows where her belly button is
* knows please and Thank you in sign language
* knows where her hair and nose is
* when we are getting ready to leave she knows to grab her shoes( some times :) )
*she loves to bring me books to read to her
* She is walking all over the house now and can stand up from sitting on her bum
*when you hand her the phone holds it to her head and says HI ( in the cutest voice)
* in the morning i ask you want to watch cartoons and she will grab the remote

these are just a few things our little girl does now i wanted to share but mostly i don't want to forget them.

Jada has so much love and will give us kisses any time we ask and she will give her stuff animals kisses to.

WE had a great time over thanksgiving we went to Grandparents House (Hampton's) and my sister family was there, we missed Chris, Jason and Brett family.

Christmas was wonderful Cody and i had all day Friday Saturday and Sunday off.we spent time with All the families.

365 days went REALLY fast, but we had so much fun,

As i was planning her birthday party, i thought lets do a Minnie Mouse theme and it was a perfect idea. Later i found from Krystal that it is Minnie Mouse Birthady the same day we are celebrating Jada's birthday.

Wow having kids is SOOO much fun for Trick or Treating!!! Nobody tells you about this part of parenthood. Jada was soooo much fun to dress up she was the cutest LADY BUG ever. As you can tell from these pictures:) ( i am a proud Mother)

So we took her trunk and treating up at the church. which was fun but the BEST part was when we came back home to our neighbor and Jada got to hand out the candy to the kids, Every time the bell rang she would get so excited and she would sit by the candy bowl and play in the candy and didn't even eat any of it such a good girl.

Family Vacation

Cody had a four day weekend off of work so we wanted to go play and play we did. Friday we went to Utah stayed with Aunt Brenda (Cody's Aunt) and her family. They have a grandson about six months old. His name is Ty, Jada and Him played and had a fun time sharing toys.

Jada and Cody's Cousin Danielle feeding Jada her bottle. Ty and Jada it was so much fun to hang out. Saturday we went to My Cousin Trey's Wedding and that was so much fun to see all my family i hadn't seen in awhile, also Jada met a few new family members. The wedding was wonderful and we had a great weekend in Utah.

Jada did great on the drive the last half hour was the hardest so Cody and i sang to her all the different songs she likes. We also sang The dog BINGO which was a new song and boy did she like that she was clapping and doing her dance.

The weekend wasn't over there we drove back and had a dinner for Grandma Hampton's BIRTHDAY !!!! than grandma Terri was off of school still so we went up there to hang out. Blaykli was there cause her parents went on a vacation. We had the two babies and they were so much fun together. Monday we went to Idaho Falls, but first the girls had to take a bath together. Than off to ... TOYS R US and played with all the toys, went to the mall in their NEW matching strollers. While we are in the car the would talk to each other and share toys, and mostly talk back and forth to one another. SOOOO CUTE!!!!

ALL weekend Jada was giving KISSES to Blaykli and Blaykli sort of let her do it. it was funny to watch casuse Jada just wouldn't give one she give about three or four one right after the other.

After we got home of course we had Laundry to do and I had it all folded and Jada thought she was going to help by taking the clothes out. Such a big help !!!!

So our family has been planning a trip to Disney World for the last year we are all so excited to go in July...BUT my mom needed her other bathrooms re-done so if you start with one you need to do... A KIDS ONE!!! My mom made the extra bathroom into a kids one with a little tiny toilet and Disney theme!! it is perfect Jada loves it. so if you come over u have to see this little toilet in person.

so for the longest time Cody has wanted to see how long Jada's Hair would be if we straighten it. Well finally after 9 months of bugging me i got the stuff to do it so i blow dried it and than used certain product for her hair and used my flat iron on a really low heat. it was fun to do she sat there pretty good Cody helped entertain her than we went and show it off. Grandpa Patterson took some great photos of her new style.

As the day went on her curls came back and the next morning i put her in the bath and it was like magic the curls are back I love her curls but i am glad that if she wants a change i know a little more now.

So our little angel has been growing but 9 months has gone way to fast. the nice thing is that i haven't missed the previous stage i am loving the the new stage of growth she is in. She is so much fun to see and learning so much. She is doing the army crawl and is so funny, waving hi/ bye,We got her a new car seat cause she has grown out of the baby one. she loves it ( pictures to come).

We went golfing again with daddy and he did great but we had more fun driving the cart and playing in between the holes. here are some cute 9 month pictures of our little girl.

Jada loves her baths she gets so excited when i start the water. She started to lay on her belly in the water she is such a big girl now. As you can tell from the picture her hair is growing a lot.

We tried the new mexican resturant, Jada had fun showing off her new waving trick when you say Hi / Bye she now waves, it is crazy how she has learned that she is so smart :0)

I got to make my own raspberry jam for the first time but i had some good help. Jada helped me smash them. In one of the pictures she has the whole Tablespoon in her mouth she is a crazy little girl we love you. I had the whole day off with Jada and we had fun together.

5 wonderful Years

Five years ago Cody and I got married. That day seemed so simple and life was really just beginning. We have had such a great five years. Cody is such a wonderful husband, he will and has given me such joy in my life. We have been through so much in five years but we have made it through because we have each other.

Five big things in five years:
1. moved to victor, started our jobs
2. Built a home
3. Started the adoption
4. GOT OUR PRIDE AND JOY BABY JADA!!!!
5. SEALED our family forever

I am so happy that we both went on that blind date 5 and half years ago together. Life has blessed us so much with Joy and happiness. Cody you make me laugh and you shows me love in the little things you do, and you don't even know you are. Babe i love you soooo much and thank you for 5 happy years and much more.

Summer craziness

we had a family camp out last weekend and which we go boating and wave runners, so we needed to get Jada a life jacket. Daddy got it for her and he did great got pink! she liked it until she was in the water it just got really close on her face. but she floated all by herself with it. It was great grandparents 50th ann. this year family put a slide show together. It was really nice to be all together with family.
Sadly Cody Jada & I got sick so we had to leave early.

Each week on Thursday Victor host Music on Main they have food, blow up toys ( for kids) and music. Jada loves music and loves to dance to it. Callie, Ty & Grandpa brett,kim and Payden came up to hangout and see Jada.
We had a great time hanging out.

Jada finally met some of her cousins and they had a great time together, they loved Jada and playing with her and touching her hair.

Fourth of July !!

i have always loved the fourth of July I know it sounds weird but the reason is the weather is always nice and everyone is out all day doing all the fun activities. The park food and seeing the fireworks. everything is just always fun on the fourth.

Since I like this Holiday so much I had to doll up my little girl. Well I started by making her a Tutu but not just any tutu it was Red ( with sparkles), white & blue. than i added ribbons oh it was so cute and i had fun doing it. than i ended up making her the onesies also which turn out not to bad.

We had a full day we went to the Hampton family party with BBQ, flag ceremony, parade that kids decorated their bikes Which of course we had ours and Jada was the bikes decoration, this BIG water slide toy,Jada had her own little pool, volleyball, and family & friends. My cousin had a little girl only two days after Jada was born and they live only a few hours away from where Jada was born but we didnt get to see them that trip soit was the first time to see eachother girls.it was so much fun.

Than quickly the Patterson family was off to Driggs to see the Huntsmans Fireworks which were awesome. We had so much fun sitting with Cody's family . Jada was loving the fireworks (pictures to come need to get them from Aunt Callie ) she just had her mouth open the hole time. She kept looking at us to make sure that we were looking at her.

I can Finally SAY I HAVE BEEN TO VEGAS!!!

We flew out of Twin Falls on Thursday with Grandpa Patterson, Great Grandma Audrey,& Vaughn. We didn't leave til like 10:00 at night LATE. As late as it was when we flew into Vegas that city really doesn't SLEEP.

We had a great room and swimming Pool the weather was HOT compared to the winter we left behind. we loved being in shorts and swim suits oh nice weather. i kept asking Cody do you want to move and work at a course here. JUST KIDDING Grandparents. I was in need of some sun. We walked around the city and the gr-8 grandparents kept up really well with us.

Jada did so great she loved everyone giving her smiles and attention. She was able to sleep in my arms so we could keep going and not have to drive back to the hotel for nap time.

We saw the lions at the MGM and Vaughn bought Jada a little stuffed lion.

We also LOVE the Mandalay Bay Hotel they had a Shark Reef Aquarium to go to which was neat. we took ALOT of pictures there but here are just a few

I can finally say HAPPY MOTHERS DAY TO ME :) I have always wanted to be a mother and Jada has over filled that spot in my life.
I am so excited to have a beautiful daughter that feels my heart in so many different ways. She cuddles any time with me and reaches her soft hands and touches my face while she looks at with her big brown eyes. Motherhood for me has been a sweet treat, people ask if it is what I thought it was going to be. I say yeah nothing has surprised me yet. As I am writing this I just think that it is different, I never knew how much LOVE you can have for a child of yours, how getting up and feed her makes me happy, when she wants to sit with me and cuddle instead of daddy, when her sweet voice talks it melts my heart and makes me SMILE so big. Motherhood has changed me and it is different than what I thought it could have been. Jada has brought so much JOY in our lives that she will never know. Also i need to give Our birthmother a happy mothers day too, she is such a special person in my life. She will always be close to my heart. We love her so much and thank her in our prayers for the joy and daughter we have. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to all woman.

Happy Mothers day to my mother! Who is always ready to help and teach me anything. She is such a big part in my life and who I am today. I love her so much and so happy that I can call her my mother. I have been able to go down and spend the night once a week , it has been so much fun to be with my parents and have that time again. The weather was so nice this weekend. Cody got to golf three times the Par three course and one of the times Jada and I walked around with him. We also got to see Cody cousin Derek and girlfriend Danielle. WE had a great Easter weekend Grandma Terri and Grandpa Gil came up sunday afternoon for dinner and hang out.

She has now had her first cold and you would never guess because she was and is so happy still even after she got her 4 month check up and shots.

Temple Blessing Day & Valentines Weekend

We just had such a wonderful weekend as a family. Jada was sealed to us in the Idaho Falls Temple and than blessed in Victor on Sunday. Cody gave her a great blessing i am so proud of him. When we were all in the temple as our little family, I dressed her in my blessing dress that my mom made me and she looked so pretty in white, and she was so happy. It was a such a sweet time as a family!

After the fun weekend we had to celebrate Jada's first Valentine Day. Our little girl is SO DANG CUTE

WE need to thank you all so much for all the help,LOVE and support to get us here. Family and Friends means the world to us and it helped to know that we had so much of both to turn to. It feels so good to be where we are now in our lives with Jada in our lives.

So part of the adoption process is that after a period of time we go in front of the Judge, to finalize the process !!! SHE IS NOW JADA MARIE PATTERSON!!!!!

We love our little girl and we knew she was ours but it feels good to know we are all done with work and now we are planning on going to the Temple and blessing this weekend so i will be posting that soon.

Jada is just growing and becoming such a beautiful girl, she stops people every where we go and she LOVES IT!! we have taken her to a few basketball games to watch Grandpa Patterson coach and she Loves watching them play.

She is such a sweet little girl. It has been fun to come home fro work and she is with Cody and i start talking and she gets all excited, than i get in fornt of her and she GIVES MOMMY THE BIGGEST SMILES!!!! that makes my day every day, or when we lay in bed in the morning and she just cuddles.

Our little girl is just growing and we are so happy! My mom and I took Jada to her 2 month check up which they do shots. She did really well during the shots but our Jada is now .... 11 pounds 6 oz. 23 3/4 inches long, her head was 15 inches.She was in the 90% for height, 61% for weight,78% for head!!!

We also got our pictures finished that we got taken of her when she was one month old.

Sunday we just had so much fun making her smile. She has found her hands and able to control them just a little bit more than she use to. She also has such a strong neck and can hold her head up so good for her age. Monday she will be turning 2 months old it is so crazy how time flies but at the same time it feels like we have had her forever we love her so much.

We have had such a wonderful time being parents to our little girl. She is sooo sweet and loving, cuddly (which I LOVE), she is so strong she holds her head up so well and is just growing to fast for me. Cody and i got her a jungle bouncer thing.

We had a fun time this Christmas having Jada. We started at Coday's Dads house Thursday. Saw all three families made it home on Sunday night. It was busy but a wonderful time spent with family.

At Cody's Dads house we play Bingo for scratch lottery tickets Jada won a dollar Cody and I even won a couple, we opened gifts and watched the Grinch. Than off to Cody's Moms house for a christmas Eve party full of dancing and games from the wonderful X-Box Kinect. Than we spent the night opened gifts.

We opened gifts there we got a new vacuum. Cody has used it more than me but it has been nice. Jada got more books cause i love story time with her. she got some clothes. Jada was asleep while we opened gifts at each house it was kinda funny that she was asleep each time.

Christmas Day we than put all of the stuff in the car and drove to my parents house for the rest of the day and Sunday morning. THE BEST PART OF CHRISTMAS WAS WE GOT TO TALK TO JASON ON HIS MISSION ONLINE. He was able to see Jada for the first time in somewhat person. It was so neat to see him and talk to him on skype. my mom got Jada her first Christmas Sunday dress. she looks so dang cute in it.

We got a new camera from my parents, that we have ready used a lot cause we can't get enough of Jada and want to capture every moment.

Cody & I had a work party tonight it was so fun to show off our little girl. I received this wonderful bows and socks from Cindy at my shower. I tried to find something to go with them for this party and last night Callie and Tyler brought over this perfect little tutu for her and it matched and looked SOOOOOO DANG CUTE!!! everyone at the party was just drawn to her and the way she looked.

The work had a raffle drawing and we were just going to fill out our names but they gave on to us for Jada. well Cody won a 3 course meal at Teton Springs Headwaters Grille, BUT Jada won a stay at this nice hotel in Jackson and dinner. it was really funny so she already is lucky!

Hayli and Josh had their Baby......... GIRL!!!! Hayli didn't find out what she was going to have but Josh found out and TOLD NOBODY the whole time! Jada has a little girl cousin named Blaykli Rae Peterson she was born Dec. 10th she weight a big 5 pounds 13?oz! we can't be more happier form them they are going to be such great parents. here is their the first pictures of many of the two girly cousins.

I went to work for a few hours and Cody had Jada all my him self (i didn't get any calls either) but when i got home she was in a totally different outfit then i put her in when i left. I asked Cosy why she was and he told me that when he was changing her diaper he threw the diaper away and than she started to pee all over the changing table and her outfit. The outfit she was in was really big on her it was 3 months and didn't match very good but it was so funny and sweet i love the real moments of life and that was one.

I have this dear sweet friend that's a client of mine she came to get a pedicure but i had to bring Jada because she wanted to hold her while she got a pedicure. I got the best diaper bag ever from her it is Ju Ju Be bag I LOVE IT!!

So we have been on a wonderful journey to get our little girl that is asleep in my arms right now which i love!!!

we got home to Idaho on Saturday spent til Thanksgiving night with family and friends showing her off! Our little girl finally made it to us!! her name is Jada Marie Patterson, she was born November 17th was 7 pounds 15 oz. 20 1/2 inches long and of course Perfect!! We have LOVED LOVED being parents!! Time spent with her and taking care of her.

She is a great eater, everything is working great on her diapers are full :) She was born in Indiana so the Colt's are kinda big deal here so we HAD to get a Colts outfit for her and her new cousin to be (December 12th) because Hayli ( cody sister due Dec. 12th) is a big Colts fan. It happened that they were playing tonight so we dressd her in it for the game GO COLTS!!

First of all thank you all for your support and comments it helps us so much!!

I found a great deal on this lamp I forgot to take a picture of the before. Anyways I got the lamp for under $5.00 than I spray painted it white, my sister helped me re do the shade by gluing ribbon and the flowers on it. I added the finishing touch of the ribbon on the lamp. it was kinda funny I spray painted the cord which it never dried ( don't know why) so than I covered it with red ribbon which turned out cute.

My mom and I did the basket liners to match the rest of the room and they turned out soooo cute and it was so much fun to spend time making and sewing again with my mom. THANKS MOM!!!

My mom put together the window treatments and the changing table cover way to go mom it helps bring the room even more together!

Also I need to point out that with the help of Callie we built the two frames that are now turned in to be a flower bow holder and the other one a picture holder! It was a joint effort Cody's mom helped paint and pick out stuff Hayli helped put together Callie helped build and finish them. THANKS GIRLS it was fun to have craft day!!

I had so much fun making the flowers clips to go in Jada's hair. They are not hard at all. I now find my self stopping to see if any flowers are on sale or cute to make into a clip. I want to make some ribbon bows next YEAH !!!

We have chosen our little girl name to be Jada!

Well I have the sweetest and best story to share. We emailed our birth mom to ask her about the name Jada. i swear not two minutes later she writes back saying i know it is late but i HAD to share this with you. Her Sister ( who has been there the most for her) has been calling this baby girl Jade(which is the sister's middle name)since she found out. when i read that i just started crying TEARS OF JOY!!!! it just mad her name have that much more meaning and I just can't help but share this.

It has been way to long since the last post so beware it is going to be a full post this time !!!

i forgot to post Jason last time up visiting we asked what he wanted to eat he of course wanted a cookie monster, and eating the Creole pasta at the sun dog

Well i have gone to a Hair show with a dear friend from beauty school and we had so much fun i learned how to do hair extensions and i have now done my sister in laws hair and it is way fun. we went to the melting pot in Utah and had fondue and we just had so much fun we stayed in a hotel, hung out with her brother who lives in salt lake he showed us around a bit, shopping of course, hair show going to classes learning new hair cuts and getting the new products, and eating out at great places Cody wouldn't really want to try but now i will take him they were good.

i made Cinnamon rolls for my first time ever and i think they turned out great

and I made this corn bread salad which is just a really pretty salad!!

Hayli and Josh (Cody's sister and her husband) told us that they she was pregnant and she is due in December we are so thrilled for them!! they told us with these shirts they made that said Aunt Jill Uncle Cody Uncle Tyler and Aunt Callie while everyone was at our house i was the first to catch on, scream!! ( for my family i acted like mom does i totally did a mom thing :) )

we went to my cousin Brock and Lacey wedding with my parents, sister, and her husband in my dads company van. we had some fun all ridding together!!

Cody had a birthday he is now 27 years OLD!! We had a great weekend party for him he had the day off work but i still worked, but i made sure he was all set up with fun we went down Friday night with Callie cause she works up here at a dentist office. he spent the night at his moms house woke up early to golf with my dad and brother Brett. than off to lunch and a movie which by than i was off work and we hooked up to go to another movie and dinner with his mom and siblings. than the next day was Sunday went to church and than had some of my family and his mom and siblings and grandparents over for a huge cook out and games the guys golfed in the back yard kids played with the ducks, yes Terri has ducks! than we all sat down to play the name game which is just a fun group game.

besides a great fourth of July my last big thing i have done was GRILS CAMP!!
it was so much fun we have great girls in the ward and even though we are some in numbers (9 girls) they were so helpful and fun to be camping with. i had a great camp leaders growing up and i only hope that i was half as good as my leaders were to me. the young woman leaders were awesome to have up there and get to know better.

I guess now I have something fun to write about my little brother serving a mission since the laat couple posts have been about him. This is him at the MTC in Provo he will leave for the mission in the 25th of May. It has changed since my older brothers went on their missions we went as a family to the MTC and sang songs and said our goodbyes for a couple of hours now you say good bye at the temple and they walk to the MTC. My parents took him down and he has been gone for a week now!

Tuesday night Cody and his team had their last basketball game and it was fun to go to it was a dang good game but they lost so it was kinda sad. they lost by one point. Wednesday I did a little shopping and than had lunch with a dear friend from High school Cody Oswald and her little boys they ended up sick that morning but it was still way fun to hang out again. I than went and did my weekly hair cuts at the apartments. We are getting Family pictures this coming Saturday, so that night my mom and I went shopping to find outfits for the family and it was so fun to hang out again with my mommy. all this fun and it is not even my actual birthday day yet, my b-day went shopping for my house and i got some way cute stuff pictures will be coming. Had a lunch with the family. It was a great day.

JASON MISSION CALL!!

So my little Brother Jason got his mission call a few weeks ago but i haven't posted it yet I know it is bad. I have news to share and it is still takes me for ever to post. he is going to the California, Arcadia English speaking, he is leaving May 5th and his farewell will be as of right now April 18th. i am so proud of him and the hard work he has done to get to this point in his life. we are going to go to the Temple tonight and I cant wait to see him in there.

So my new calling is the Relief Society activities person ( Enrichment Leader) so last month we did a hair night which turned out great but this month was our first big one and it turned out great. This month is the R.S. birthday so we wanted to throw a party and did it backwards so we had stuff hanging down instead of balloons up or sign was written backwards, we ate dessert first than the meal. It was so fun i did the decoration and it was fun to be creative again and i choose spring colors cause it is all WHITE snow now so we needed a touch of spring.

So Cody & I went to Utah and enjoyed our yearly Jazz game, they played Portland which Jazz WON of course! It was fun to go with my Dad, Uncle Steve, the only thing Half Time was DUMB it was about 60 older (age 60-93) ladies trying to dance and i guess be funny, but not! i guess they are going to try out for that talent show so maybe you will see what we had to see and understand.

Than Saturday Cody and I went Snowmobiling with his Dad and man it was way fun we went to this place just outside of Rexburg past the temple and big houses, it was so much fun i of course was the only one that got stuck but i had the manly mans to help and it wasn't that bad. I am so sore good thing i work at a spa i am getting a massage tomorrow so i can't wait!!

Super bowl Sunday was fun we had Cody's mom and step dad come up and hangout and it was a good game.

So Cody loves blue lights for Christmas and so our tree had to have blue lights which i don't mind at all but this year i really wanted to decorate our tree better and the way i would with blue lights so thankfully Walmart had blue and silver stuff so i could.I have loved it so much. The picture didn't show the light as well and in real life sorry but it is so pretty with blue lights

We had so much fun this Christmas break with family. We both were so lucky to have the some time off or work to spend it with family and that is what we did so We started it off Monday over at Cody's Dad's house and opening gifts and playing games and watching the Grinch stole Christmas. Than i worked the next two days but than Cody had a game Wednesday and of course they won the are not lost yet!!

Well we had Christmas eve day and night with my family and that Christmas morning also than we had a few hours over at His dad's than we have spent the rest of the time at his mom's house.
Saturday Cody played in a fund riser for a local boy who had cancer and they won the whole thing out of 12 teams. It was way fun the first game was close and the next two were not as close but the championship game they won in over time by one point YEAH!!

It has been one of my most crazy years yet. Cody and I have been through so much this year. We have also been so blessed this year to go through all the things because now we are even stronger and more ready for what 2010 will bring us!

CRAZY BUSY

Well I need to start from the being of the month cause that is when the craziness all started. the first week Cody and I went to Twin Falls for about 5 days and hung out with Erin and Her family playing at parks and shopping a little and watching movies and eating great food. than we went to a friends and client of mine 70th SURPRISE birthday party. Than busy at work which is great than the next weekend We had Callie (My new sister in Law) Bridal shower which turned out great and had so much fun. Than again busy at work the few days i was able to go than off again to the Wedding for Tyler and Callie it turned out great and everything was Perfect and Now i am getting ready for THANKSGIVING yeah more fun with family and great FOOD!!! I love holidays and being with family.

So we were able to attend a Baptism tonight of one special girl in our family she is dating Jason my younger brother. Jason spoke on Baptism and my mom talked on the Holy Ghost it was really neat to be there and know the gospel is true and see it happen for someone else. She has been working hard on getting were she is now and wish her the best and it has been great to have her around our family gatherings.

Our horse ride

So our friends took us horse back riding for our first time it was so fun we were in the mountains some what on trails but our Friend knows the area better than anyone he has been up in this area since he was a kid. He took us off trail a little bit and it was so fun we can't wait to go again. By the way they do it in the summer for people that want to go horse back riding. So it would be fun to go family night or date night give them a call. they have great trained horses

3 GREAT YEARS

So yesterday Cody and I celebrated our third year anniversary and we finally did something in Jackson since we have lived in Victor for the past two and half years. SO we started off going to breakfast and having a nice meal. Than off we headed in to the park to go to Jenny's Lake we rode the boat over to the other side. Than up we went to the hidden falls and than hiked around.

after returning to the boat we than we went to the restaurant Dornans it is really neat you can sit on the roof top deck looking straight at the Tetons while you eat really good Pizza. Than off we went to the Alpine slide at Snow King Resort, that was fun we rode a chair lift and than up slide down on these little carts that you can control the speed. We can't have a date with out a movie so we than went to a movie and went grocery shopping and home it was so fun to just spend the day together.

July Summer Catch up

So for the Fourth Cody and I had it off this year so we had a great weekend. Friday night we went to ICE AGE 3D way fun love the ice age movies.

Well the morning of the fourth Cody wanted to go out for breakfast so Terri, and us went to breakfast at JB's than met up with Tyler and Callie and her family to watch the Rexburg parade which we loved the Broulims shopping cart and the Rays chevron car wash boys

So off we went to My family's house for the cookout and my Mom and Dad surprised the grand kids with the best water toy ever it has three slides and Jason and Brett was even enjoying it. there was great food as always and All the family but Chris we MISSED him so much. We play basketball, tramp, girl talk, and water toys what a fun time we all had

Than off we go to the Idaho Falls fireworks with Cody's mom and family we had a great fourth!!

This past weekend we went camping with Cody's mom and his family up to Island park we spent the night at the Buffalo camp ground and it was so fun to outdoors again. we had fire going and tonz of great food and games.

We got there Friday night after work rode our bikes around than hung out all together. Saturday we floated in the water and it was about three hours to long we were all done floating when it was half way but we than rushed our burned bodies up to the Play Mill to watch Footloose it was great fun. before the show we had time to go get ice cream and cool off every one got so burned from the float trip the ice cream felt great.

I was the only one that had sunscreen on cause I burn was easy I am so glade I did. Sunday we packed up after a great breakfast and went to Mesa Falls Halyi's Husband Josh had never been there and we had never been together. We had a great lunch and more games than we headed home!!

We had such wonderful time thank you so much Terri for the hard work in planning everything and Gil to being so prepared it made it so much fun adn what a wonderful Family i have love ya all

So it feels like summer when we go to the Bar J Chuckwagon, in Jackson Hole for the dinner and show, But this time it was different it was raining and the power went out so we ate in the dark and right when the show was about to start the lights came on. It was still way fun to be with Cody he loves this place he laughs and loves the food. We also went with Tyler(Cody's little brother) and His girlfriend Callie, we tried to play card games in the dark and that didn't work to well. So yesterday Cody gave our Lawn it's first "haircut" it looks so nice now we have just loved driving home and seeing the green grass and not the dirt,rocks, & WEEDS!!
We had a great fathers day weekend we to Bajio's with Cody's Dad, Tyler, Callie, Hayli, Josh, Cody's stepmother and his two step brother and sister, after dinner we went bowling Cody got the best score that's my man!! Than we watched a great movie Forever Strong. Sunday we spent time with his dad and family than we went to hang out and eat dinner with my family I got to see Erin and her Family so it was great weekend to be away with Family.

So first I wanted to say Happy Birthday to Cody what a amazing husband he is and how lucky I am to have him and that he is such a hard worker and caring person. So for His birthday party we called all family and friends about three weeks ago and asked what they were doing this weekend well once they said nothing we told them that it is Cody's birthday and we are wanting everyone to come up and help LAY SOD!!! so we had a sod birthday party Friday night and we had it all done in only three hours so Thank you to everyone that came it made it a wonderful weekend. Since we finished in only three hours we had the whole night to play and eat and man we did that all night, than woke up played golf went swimming,played Tennis, & hot tubs at Teton springs it was so much fun to have all of Cody's family there, and some of mine. We had a HOUSE FULL!!!

So the wedding went GREAT and the day was perfect I don't have any pictures to post but I will have to later. Life is great right now we are getting great response with birth mothers so we will let you know when it gets closer. Work is going well we are picking up for the summer time so you all should come and get somthing done :) I am excited to see Erin (my sister) and her family for Jason's High School Graduation on Wednesday.

Hayli's Bridal Shower

We had a wonderful bridal shower for Hayli (Cody's sister). We had yummy food, a video question/answer for the game & fun gifts that she got. She is getting married May 14th and we are all so happy for her and Josh.

CAMPFIRE

So we wanted to make dinner on the camp fire so we made tinfoil dinners and they turned out pretty good. than we hung out by the fire for a while than we got the projector, Xbox 360,blankets, pillows, & UNO RUSH and played out side on the tramp until about midnight than watched a movie until 2 it was fun to be with friends and family LOVE IT

Quick Trip to Visit

We had just a quick visit from family, Saturday afternoon Hayli,Josh,Terri, Callie,Tyler all drove up to see us and Grandparents in Victor so we went to the driving range it was a little cold and than Cody did a tour around the the course for Josh to see. than we went to Wildlife to eat pizza and the best hot wings, while waiting boys played darts,& pool

of course the girls just wanted to catch up and talk what we do best.

than of course came back to our home and played Uno rush until about midnight I think we all have an addiction to this game

Easter Weekend

What a wonderful Easter weekend, Saturday after work driving down to Rexburg to hang out and play Uno Rush on the Xbox 360 which we all just love, and coloring eggs.

Sunday we went to church with my parents, Erin family was in town also going to church with us so it was fun to be back to Grant 2nd Ward, after we had a great dinner and fun with the kids. I put together some fun crafts that went with the Easter Theme, which than they went on a egg hunt and playing outside enjoying the sun.

Monday cody had a eye doctor apt. and he got a new pair of glasses which he looks so nice in, than we went bowling with Tyler & Terri we played 3 games. it was really fun to do that together.
